- Shipping & Delivery
We ship out parcels three times a week. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Avalon Magic Plants cannot be held responsible for any packages lost by the postal service. We send our orders with TNT (www.tnt.com). TNT ships the packages worldwide but a local postal company takes care of delivery to your home. If you want to be able to track your order online, please contact us before ordering to make sure that we ship your order with tracked shipping. Especially for customers outside the EU. For customers within the EU who order over 50 euros, will receive a tracknumber from us when the order is shipped.
NOTE: Please enter your phone number when you place an order. The mailman can give you a phone call if he cannot the deliver the package. We do not want the order to be send back to us. The costs for reshipping the order will be for the customer.
There is always a small risk of loss and you should be aware of this before ordering.
Avalon Magic Plants will NOT accept any responsibility for anything that may happen to your order while in transit!
- Liability
Avalon Magic Plants guarantees all products ordered trough www.avalonmagicplants.com are authentic. By ordering products trough this website, you assume all liability and release Avalon Magic Plants and any affiliates from any liability whatsoever.
- Customs
Avalon Magic Plants does not guarantee that customs do not confiscate the products ordered by you. If such is the case Avalon Magic Plants will not refund any payments to you, but will upon receipt of proof of confiscation, resend the product one more time. If the goods ordered are illegal in your country we will not reship it because your customs will seize it again. So always check the legal status of the products before ordering them.
