Right of withdrawal
In the context of the Distance Selling Act, the consumer is entitled to a 'cooling-off period' of 14 days after delivery of the product when making purchases via the Internet. Within this period, a product may be returned without giving a reason.
This does not apply to our fresh products (truffles + growkits) or vaporizers with an open packaging.
Making use of the right of withdrawal is legally linked to a number of rules. For example, during this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product, in connection with our Hygiene code does not apply to our fresh products such as truffles and growth kits. These cannot be returned because these are fresh products with an expiry date. These cannot be returned for sale and may therefore not be returned unless it concerns a production or quality error. Please contact our customer service. If he makes use of his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all delivered accessories in the original condition and packaging to Avalon.
Products that are damaged, incomplete or used for a longer period of time are not eligible for a refund.
The costs and risk of returning are for the account of the customer. Avalon magic plants is obliged to repay within 30 days the amounts already paid by the consumer, excluding the shipping costs for returning the product.
You may return a product within the right of withdrawal if:
- You have not used the product.
- There is no visible damage to the product or clear signs of usage.
- The product and all it’s parts will be returned in the same condition as it was send by the shop.
- We will reduce the amount to be credited if: products are damaged by user or in transfer back to us.
- The packaging material is 100% in order.
- If you refuse your order or do not clearly indicate that you want to make use of the right of withdrawal within the agreed period, it is impossible for us to determine why you have not accepted your order.
- In such cases, your order will not only be charged but also any additional costs we incur in connection.
- Please be aware that you are required by law and/or regulation to actively inform us of your intention to return products within the agreed period.
- The returned products must be in the same condition as they lef tour warehouse.
- It does not concern fresh products such as vials, syringes, growkits, truffles. Due to our hygiene code we cannot take back those products.
