Welcome to our FAQ. Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about shipping, payment, grow kits and our products.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to my country?
Our webshop automatically shows if certain products cannot be shipped to your country. However, we are not aware of the legislation in each country. Always check the regulations yourself before ordering.
If your package is intercepted by customs, we cannot refund or resend it. Ordering is done entirely at your own risk.
Do you pack discreetly?
Yes. All our orders are shipped in blank packages, with no recognizable company name or information about the contents.
What is the difference between 'No tracking' and 'Tracked' shipping?
No tracking: Cheapest shipping option. Your package is sent as regular letter mail and is not trackable.
Tracked shipping: You receive a track & trace code and can track your package.
How much does shipping cost to my country?
Shipping costs vary by country and product. Place a test order in our webshop to see the exact cost. You are not yet committed to anything and you can always do this.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship from the Netherlands:
Netherlands & Belgium: 1 business day
Germany 2 to 3 business days
EU: 2 to 9 business days
US: 2 to 3 weeks on average (sometimes faster or just up to 4 weeks)
Delays due to customs or postal services are possible. We unfortunately have no influence on this. Thank you for your patience!
Which shipping companies do you use?
Netherlands & Belgium: PostNL
Germany: FedEx
Rest of Europe: UPS

Do you offer express shipping?
No, we currently do not offer express delivery.
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
Please contact the delivery service immediately for a new delivery date. With fresh products like truffles, this is especially important. If your package returns due to not picking up or not being home, it is at your own risk. Non-fresh products may be reshipped. Fresh products such as truffles cannot.
Payment & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We do not accept credit cards, PayPal, Western Union or MoneyGram. These services block transactions due to the nature of our products - even though they are legal in the Netherlands.

Do I need to send proof of payment?
Bank transfer: Not required unless you haven' t heard back after 2 days. Sometimes your name or order number is missing from the payment.
Can I cancel my order?
Only if you notify us immediately after payment. Often an order is shipped before we read your email. Once the order has been sent, we cannot retrieve it. Therefore, always check your order carefully before you pay.
Do I have to cancel an order if I'm not going to pay anyway?
No, you don't have to cancel anything. Only paid orders will be processed. Feel free to place trial orders to see shipping options and costs.
Note: Have you used points on your order and still don't want to pay? If so, please contact customer service so we can reset your points.
Growkits & Mycelium
Do grow kits survive shipping?
Yes, it usually does. Growkits can take 3-4 weeks to ship. Please allow for hot climates, especially in the summer. Heat can affect the quality of the mycelium. We also offer refrigerated shipping with an isolation box and cooling elements. Feel free to ask about the options.
How do I use a grow kit?

When should I harvest mushrooms?
As soon as the caps begin to pop open. Harvest all mushrooms at once, including the small ones. Then you can start a second flush.
Do not freeze! Fresh mushrooms and truffles should be stored in the refrigerator.
What if my grow kit is damaged or not working?
Always follow the instructions carefully.
Problems? Report it within 6-8 weeks.
Keep the original box with batch number.
Work hygienically: use gloves, mouth mask and clean air/water.
Never touch the kit with bare hands or breathe directly over it.
We replace a kit only in the event of a demonstrable manufacturing defect. Each product can only be replaced once.
What is the yield of a grow kit?
This varies by species and especially by growing environment:
Temperature: 22-26 °C
Light: 12 hours a day (not 24 hours!)
Humidity: Provide some water in the filter bag

Product information
Can you tell how much dosage I should use?
Only if it's in the product description. If not, we have no information about it. Use and dosage are always at your own risk.
Do you provide recipes or manuals for making Ayahuasca?
No. We only sell herbs that can be used in making an Ayahuasca brew, but we cannot and do not provide any information on how to make it. Use is entirely at your own responsibility.
