Welcome to our FAQ. Here you'll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about shipping, payment, grow kits and our products.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to my country?
Our webshop automatically shows if certain products cannot be shipped to your country. However, we are not aware of the legislation in every country. Always check the regulations yourself before ordering.
If your package is intercepted by customs, we cannot refund or resend it. Ordering is done entirely at your own risk.
Do you package discreetly?

Yes. All our orders are shipped in blank packaging, without any recognizable company name or information about the contents.
What is the difference between 'No tracking' and 'Tracked' shipping?
- No tracking: Cheapest shipping option. Your package is sent as regular letter mail and is not traceable.
- Tracked shipping: You receive a track & trace code and can follow your package.
How much does shipping to my country cost?
Shipping costs vary by country and product. Place a test order in our webshop to see the exact costs. You're not committed to anything.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We ship from the Netherlands:

Delays due to customs or postal services are possible. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
Which shipping companies do you use?

- Germany: FedEx
- Rest of Europe: UPS
Do you offer express shipping?
No, we currently do not offer express delivery.
What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
Contact the delivery service immediately to arrange a new delivery date. This is especially important for fresh products like truffles.
If your package is returned because you didn't pick it up or weren't home, this is at your own risk. Non-fresh products can be reshipped. Fresh products like truffles cannot.
💳 Payment & Orders
Which payment methods do you accept?
We do not accept credit cards, PayPal, Western Union or MoneyGram. These services block transactions due to the nature of our products, even though they are legal in the Netherlands.
You can pay via:

Do I need to send proof of payment?
Bank transfer: Not necessary, unless you haven't heard from us after 2 days. Sometimes your name or order number is missing from the payment.
Can I cancel my order?
Only if you notify us immediately after payment. Often an order is already shipped before we read your email. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer retrieve it. Always check your order carefully before paying.
Do I need to cancel an order if I'm not going to pay?
No, you don't need to cancel anything. Only paid orders are processed. Feel free to place test orders to check shipping options and costs.
Please note: Did you use points with your order and decide not to pay? Contact customer service so we can restore your points.
🍄 Grow Kits & Mycelium
Will a grow kit survive shipping?
Yes, usually. Grow kits can be in transit for 3–4 weeks. Keep warm climates in mind, especially in summer. Heat can affect the quality of the mycelium.
We also offer refrigerated shipping with an insulated box and cooling elements. Feel free to ask about the options.
How do I use a grow kit?

When should I harvest magic mushrooms?
As soon as the caps start to open. Harvest all mushrooms at once, including the small ones. After that, you can start a second flush.
⚠️ Do not freeze! Fresh mushrooms and truffles should be stored in the refrigerator.
What if my grow kit is damaged or doesn't work?
- Always follow the instructions carefully.
- Problems? Report this within 6–8 weeks.
- Keep the original box with batch number.
- Work hygienically: use gloves, face mask and clean air/water.
- Never touch the kit with bare hands and don't breathe directly over it.
We only replace a kit in case of a demonstrable production defect. Each product can only be replaced once.
How much yield does a grow kit produce?
This varies by strain and especially by growing environment:

📦 Product Information
Can you tell me what dosage I should use?
Only if it's stated in the product description. If not, we have no information about this. Use and dosage are always at your own risk.
Do you provide recipes or instructions for making Ayahuasca?
No. We only sell herbs that can be used in making an Ayahuasca brew, but we are not allowed and cannot provide any information about making it. Use is entirely at your own responsibility.
