At Avalon Magic Plants, we make sure your order is shipped safely, discreetly and as quickly as possible. Read all about shipping options, delivery times and important points of interest below.

Discreet and Secure Packaging

We value your privacy. Therefore, all orders are shipped in blank packaging, with no logos or references to Avalon or the contents of the package. No one from the outside sees what is inside.

Shipping to Your Country

Our shop automatically recognizes whether certain products can be shipped to your country. Nevertheless, you as a customer are responsible for checking the local legislation. We do not know what the status of our products is in your country.

Please note: If your order is stopped or confiscated by customs, it is entirely at your own risk. We do not refund or reship.

Shipping Options

No Tracking Shipping

The cheapest option. Your package will be sent as regular letter mail (like a card), with no tracking. Thus, you cannot track the package.

Tracked Shipping

You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order is shipped. This allows you to track the package through the delivery service's website.

Stealth Shipping

For small products (such as seeds or extracts) we offer the option of stealth shipping. Here we remove the original packaging and send the product extra discreetly. This method is especially recommended when shipping to countries with stricter customs regulations (such as the US). This service is free of charge.

No Guarantee for Hotels or Hostels

Important: We cannot guarantee orders shipped to a hotel or hostel, especially fresh products such as truffles or grow kits.

If you do choose to have your order shipped to such a location, you do so entirely at your own risk. Think about this carefully before ordering.

Delivery times

Our products are shipped from the Netherlands. Estimated delivery times are:

Netherlands & Belgium: 1 business day
Other EU countries: 2 to 9 business days
United States: usually 2 to 3 weeks, but sometimes up to 4 weeks
(depending on customs and local postal services)

We unfortunately have no influence on customs checks or postal delays. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Shipping costs

We charge €4,95 shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands. From €49 we do not charge shipping costs anymore.

For other countries, our webshop will automatically calculate the shipping costs. You can place a trial order to check the shipping costs. As long as you do not pay, the order will not be processed.

Not at home at delivery?

Are you not at home at the first delivery attempt? If so, contact the shipping service as soon as possible for a new delivery date.

Fresh products such as truffles can spoil, so it is important that you receive them on time.
If you do not pick up your package on time or it is returned, it is at your own risk. Only non-fresh products can we reship if necessary.

Cool Shipping (optional)

For sensitive products such as mushroom grow kits, we offer the option to ship them refrigerated, with an insulated box and cooling elements. Please contact us if you would like to use this option.
