Camagra Man: 10 capsules of herbal extracts and amino acids
Camagra Man is a Dutch food supplement sold through smartshops and chemists. One box holds 10 capsules, and each capsule combines seven plant extracts with two amino acids, taurine and L-arginine. The capsule shell is bovine gelatine and the colourant is E132 (indigotine), which gives the capsule its blue colour. The supplement is neither vegetarian nor vegan.
One thing to be clear about: this is a food supplement, not a medicine. No medicinal effect can be attributed to it and we make no claims of that sort. A supplement is no substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The plants in the formula come from the herb trade: maca is a root crop from the Peruvian Andes, guarana and muira puama come from the Amazon basin, damiana from Central America and the kola nut from West Africa. Guarana and kola nut naturally contain caffeine.

- Maca (Lepidium meyenii) 60 mg
- Guarana (Paullinia cupana) 60 mg
- Muira puama, also called potency wood (Ptychopetalum olacoides) 50 mg
- Taurine 50 mg
- Damiana (Turnera diffusa) 50 mg
- Kola nut (Cola nitida) 40 mg
- Ginkgo biloba 20 mg
- L-arginine 10 mg
- Tribulus terrestris, also called puncture vine 10 mg
- Capsule shell: bovine gelatine. Colourant: E132 (indigotine)
How to take it
Take 1 capsule with plenty of water roughly 30 minutes beforehand, and no more than 1 capsule per 24 hours. Some packaging states a maximum of 2 capsules per 24 hours; always follow the text on the box you have in hand. Store the capsules dry, at room temperature and out of reach of children.

- Do not use in case of cardiovascular disease or raised blood pressure.
- Contains caffeine. Do not combine it with other sources of caffeine.
- Not suitable for anyone under 18 and not recommended for children or pregnant women.
- Consult your doctor if you have liver or thyroid conditions, or if you take antidepressants or other medication.
- Stop using it if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
