Usage

Ingredients
One bottle contains 90 tablets, each tablet consisting of 1000 mg vitamin C (ascorbic acid), 100 mg rosehips extract and 50 mg bioflavanoid complex. The 1000 mg of vitamin C is sometimes considered a high dosage (1667% Recommended Daily Allowance) although from an orthomolecular perspective it's a regular dose that may be ingested several times a day
