Combretum, also known as Quadrangular Sakae Naa, is a small tree fom the Combretaceae family which can grow to about 10 meters. It is often used by locals in the south of Thailand as a replacement for Kratom, this is because Kratom is illegal in Thailand. There are not many suppliers which offer Combretum, even in the countries where it comes from. This is because the farmers in these countries grow it for themselves.
