Small Pink Sniff Bullet: a compact anodised aluminium dispenser
The body is turned from aluminium and then anodised. Anodising grows a coloured oxide layer into the metal itself, so the pink is not a coat of paint sitting on top and it will not flake where the dispenser rubs against your keys. The shape explains the name: a rounded tip with an opening, below it a smooth barrel with two knurled rings. The powder sits inside the barrel.
