Waikiki Waves Magic Mushroom Grow Kit, Psilocybe Anoi 1200cc
The Waikiki Waves is a hybrid Psilocybe cubensis strain developed through selective cross-breeding of exotic genetics. The result is Psilocybe Anoi: a strain that stands out for its broad, coral-shaped clusters with wavy caps and sturdy stems. When harvested, the mushrooms bruise blue quickly, indicating a high psilocybin content.
In terms of effects, the Waikiki Waves is known for pronounced visual experiences. Users report vivid colours, flowing patterns and an energetic, uplifting mood. The active compounds psilocybin and psilocin act on serotonin receptors in the brain, resulting in altered sensory perception. A typical trip lasts four to six hours, with the visual component being notably stronger than in many other cubensis varieties.
The grow kit contains 1200cc of fully colonised substrate and yields an average of 300 to 400 grams of fresh mushrooms per flush, with two to three flushes per cycle. The package is complete: you receive the grow kit, a grow bag with air filters and two paperclips. Store the kit unopened in the fridge at 2 to 4°C for a shelf life of up to six months. Starting within three months gives the best results.
The growing process is straightforward. Wash your hands, remove the lid and fill the kit with lukewarm water at around 20°C. Soak for a maximum of five minutes, drain and place the kit in the grow bag. Add 200 to 250 ml of lukewarm water, close the bag with the paperclips and place it in a room at 20 to 25°C. The first pinheads appear after ten to twenty days. After that, briefly air the bag daily and lightly mist the inside. Harvest when the caps begin to open: grip the stem, twist gently and pull the mushroom from the substrate.
