Sexy ME: four capsules with a herbal blend and vitamins
Sexy ME is sold as party pills and sits in the aphrodisiacs category at Avalon Magic Plants. What arrives is a compact black box with four vegetarian capsules inside and the full label text printed on the back. That matters more than it sounds, because this is a food supplement rather than a medicine, so the ingredient panel is where you check what you are actually taking.
Each capsule combines vitamin B3 and vitamin B12 with a herbal blend. According to the label that blend is built from horny goat weed, catuaba, tribulus terrestris, mucuna pruriens and maca, with chromium chloride alongside them. All of these plants carry a long history in traditional herbalism: maca is a root crop from the Peruvian Andes, catuaba comes from the Brazilian rainforest, mucuna pruriens is familiar from ayurveda, and horny goat weed is the English name for epimedium, a plant from the Chinese herbal tradition. Avalon makes no claims about what any of it does.
What the label says about use
The stated serving is two capsules at most, taken 30 to 45 minutes beforehand with enough water or fruit juice, and the label asks you not to exceed that maximum. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. The manufacturer advises against use together with medication or other stimulants, with high or low blood pressure, heart complaints, thyroid conditions, kidney disease, depression or nervousness, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and while taking MAO inhibitors. Go easy on alcohol and keep the box out of reach of children.
