Stash Book Love and Peace - hippie book box

Stash Book Love and Peace: flower power with a hidden compartment

Bright colours and the best-known symbol of the peace movement turn this stash book into a cheerful object. The print continues over the spine, where Love and Peace run in vertical letters, and the sides are printed like gilded pages. Underneath sits a wooden tray of 18 by 13 centimetres and 5 centimetres high. You'll find more storage ideas among our stash products.

Inside

Flip the lid open as you would open a book. The wooden tray holds a loose rest with a slanted edge. Lay your paper in it so it stays in place while you roll. Take the rest out and the whole compartment is free for a lighter, tips or other small things.

Who it's for

• Anyone who likes their smoking gear tidy

• Fans of retro and hippie design

• As a gift, it looks fun and doesn't cost much

Care

A dry cloth is all you need to keep the book clean. Don't leave it in a steamy bathroom or on a sunny windowsill, as the colours will fade and the wood can move.

Frequently asked questions

Can I keep my herbs smell-free in it?
No, the wooden compartment isn't airtight. Put your herbs in a well-sealed bag or jar first and store that inside the book.

Is there another print?
Yes, Magnetic Stash also makes the same book box with Van Gogh's The Starry Night.
