Dope or Nope General test: a colour reaction as a first indication
The General test from the Dope or Nope range is meant as a broad first check. The packaging spells out what it targets: methadone, barbiturates, ketamine, cocaine, crack, ephedrine, heroin, mescaline, (meth)amphetamines, MPA, methaqualone, methylphenidate, oxycodone and XTC (MDMA). It works with a reagent that changes colour on contact with certain substances; you compare the speed and the shade of that reaction against the supplied chart.
The design is deliberately plain. Take the ampoule holding the reagent, break it, add a small sample, rotate the top you just removed and place it back on the ampoule. Then compare the colour with the table. The whole thing is small enough to carry with you and needs no equipment at all.
What a result does and does not tell you
If you see a colour that appears on the card, the sample probably contains at least part of the substance listed beside it. That says nothing about purity: another substance the test does not recognise may be present as well, and the test gives no reading of how much active substance there is. If no reaction occurs, or the colour differs from the chart, none of the substances in the table has been shown and what you are holding stays unknown. Dope or Nope puts it plainly: there is no safe use of drugs. Use is at your own risk and no rights can be derived from the product.
Storage and safety
The ampoule contains a strong acid. Keep it out of reach of children and avoid contact with eyes and skin, as it may cause irritation; rinse with plenty of water should that happen. Store the test cool and dark below 35 degrees Celsius in its original packaging. In the same category Avalon Magic Plants also carries single tests for GHB among others, and everything leaves our warehouse discreetly packed.
