Dope or Nope heroin purity test: a colour reaction as an indication
Dope or Nope makes a range of small reagent tests, each aimed at a different substance. The packaging labels this one Heroine (Purity): you read the result from the colour the reagent takes on and from how quickly that colour appears, then compare it with the chart in the leaflet. The tests are brought to market in the Netherlands by Globalherbs B.V.
The set-up is deliberately plain. The box holds an ampoule of liquid reagent, fixed to a folded leaflet printed in Dutch and English. Nothing else is needed, and the whole thing is small enough to carry with you.
What a result does and does not tell you
If you see a colour that appears on the chart, the sample probably contains at least part of the substance or substance family listed beside it. That says nothing about purity in any absolute sense: another substance the test does not recognise may be present as well, and the test gives no reading of how much active substance there is. If there is no colour reaction, or the shade differs from the chart, none of the substances in the table has been shown and what you are holding stays unknown; the leaflet advises throwing the sample away in that case. Dope or Nope puts it plainly: there is no safe use of drugs. Use is at your own risk and no rights can be derived from the result. If you want to know what is really in a sample, a laboratory analysis is the only route.
Storage and safety
The ampoule contains a strong acid. Keep it out of reach of children and avoid contact with eyes and skin, as it may cause irritation; rinse with plenty of water should that happen. Store the test cool and dark below 35 degrees Celsius, in its original packaging. In the same category Avalon Magic Plants also carries the Dope or Nope General test, MDMA Purity test, Speed test and Crystal Meth test. Everything leaves our warehouse discreetly packed.
