Green Malay Kratom: green vein leaf of Mitragyna speciosa from Malaysia
Mitragyna speciosa is a tree from the forests of Southeast Asia and a member of the coffee family. In the wild it can grow to a considerable size, up to some fifteen metres, carrying large oval leaves. Across the region that leaf is known as kratom, and it has long been harvested, dried and ground into powder there. Green Malay points to both the origin, Malaysia, and the colour of the leaf vein.
Green, red and white refer to that vein and to the way the leaf was dried after harvest. In the trade, green sits between red and white, which makes it the type many people reach for first when they want to compare the different varieties side by side. This product uses leaf only, so no stem material has been mixed in. What you get is a fine, pale green to olive coloured powder with the herbal aroma kratom is known for.
Pack sizes and storage
You decide how much to take home: 25 grams to try something out, 100 or 500 grams for regular use, and 1, 5 or 10 kilos for high volume. If you need more than that, email info@avalonmagicplants.com for a quote. Store the powder dry, dark and properly sealed, ideally in the original bag or an airtight jar, because moisture is the main enemy of any ground plant material. Keep it out of reach of children, and talk to your doctor if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding.
